My first bodybuilding competition was so much fun, way more exciting and stimulating than I had anticipated.
The competition was extremely strong. Although I didn’t win, I feel like a winner. My mindset going in was not to compete against others, but to compete with myself, to outperform myself. And I did. At the age of 36 I’m in the best shape of my life and the healthiest I’ve ever been.
I hope I can inspire others to live healthier lives, to not be afraid of challenges, to hold yourself accountable and to become the best version of yourself. And never forget to be grateful, kind and to enjoy the ride!
